What is the shipping time?

Netherlands Order
Orders placed on business days before 9 PM will be shipped the same day when you select UPS as your carrier. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on Monday.

Which delivery options can I choose?
DHL: You can choose to have your package delivered via DHL. If you place your order on a business day before 11 PM, your package will be delivered the next day.
UPS: You can choose to have your package delivered via UPS. If you place your order on a business day before 5:30 PM, your package will be delivered the next day.
PostNL: You can choose to have your package delivered via PostNL. If you place your order on a business day before 10 PM, your package will be delivered the next day.
PostNL Pickup Point: You can choose to have your package delivered to a PostNL pickup point near you. You’ll see the available PostNL pickup points in your area during checkout.
I won't be at home when my order will be delivered. What now?
If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver your package to a neighbor. If this isn’t possible, the package will be taken to the nearest pickup point. You’ll receive a notification with details on where you can collect your package.
Can I pick up an order from a Profuomo store?
At this time, it is not (yet) possible to have your online order delivered to one of our stores.
What are the shipping costs for my order?
Orders placed within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany with a minimum order value of €149,- are shipped free of charge. Check the table above for shipping costs in your country.
Can I track the status of my order?
Once you’ve placed your order and completed payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. After your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to track your package until it is delivered.
Do you deliver on holidays?
Please note that during public holidays, our courier services may not operate or may experience delays, which could result in a delay in your delivery.
