- What is the shipping time?
Netherlands Order
Orders placed on business days before 9 PM will be shipped the same day when you select UPS as your carrier. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on Monday.

- Which delivery options can I choose?
DHL: You can choose to have your package delivered via DHL. If you place your order on a business day before 11 PM, your package will be delivered the next day.
UPS: You can choose to have your package delivered via UPS. If you place your order on a business day before 5:30 PM, your package will be delivered the next day.
PostNL: You can choose to have your package delivered via PostNL. If you place your order on a business day before 10 PM, your package will be delivered the next day.
PostNL Pickup Point: You can choose to have your package delivered to a PostNL pickup point near you. You’ll see the available PostNL pickup points in your area during checkout. - I won't be at home when my order will be delivered. What now?
If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver your package to a neighbor. If this isn’t possible, the package will be taken to the nearest pickup point. You’ll receive a notification with details on where you can collect your package. - Can I pick up an order from a Profuomo store?
At this time, it is not (yet) possible to have your online order delivered to one of our stores. - What are the shipping costs for my order?
Orders placed within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany with a minimum order value of €149,- are shipped free of charge. Check the table above for shipping costs in your country. - Can I track the status of my order?
Once you’ve placed your order and completed payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. After your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to track your package until it is delivered. - Do you deliver on holidays?
Please note that during public holidays, our courier services may not operate or may experience delays, which could result in a delay in your delivery.
