Return your order

If you want to return an item form your order. You can do so within 14 days, after recieving your order. Follow the steps shown below.

Returns with us are simple and transparent. You can register items for return within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and have all original tags attached. Once we have received your return, you will receive a refund via the original payment method. If you have received a damaged item or have any questions about your return, our customer service team is ready to assist you quickly and efficiently.

Pack your return

Pack your items with the packing slip. Don't forget to remove the old shipping label.

Recieve your refund

After recieving your return at our warehouse you order wil be procesed and you will recieve the refund amoud withing a few days

Return your order in store

Take the items you wish to return to one of our brandstores. Our store staff will be happy to assist you with exchanging or returning your order.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email. The purchase amount will then be refunded via the payment method you used when placing the order.

Depending on the payment method, the refund usually takes 1–3 working days. If you paid by credit card, this may take up to 4 weeks.

Tip: Always keep your confirmation email until the return or exchange has been fully completed.
