- What is the shipping time?
Orders in the Netherlands
Orders placed on business days before 5pm will be sent the same day. Orders placed in the weekend will be processed and sent out on Monday.

- Which delivery options can I choose?
Home delivery. If you choose to have your order delivered to your home, then it will be sent via PostNL.
Evening delivery. If you wish to have your order delivered in the evening, then choose for Budbee in the delivery options. Your order will be delivered between 5pm and 10pm. Please note that due to the (often) high monetary value of orders placed with us, we have removed the option on Budbee for deliveries to be left in front of your door. You cannot choose this option.
PostNL pick up point. You can choose to have your order delivered to a PostNL pick up point near you. On the PostNL website you can see where the pick up points are in your neighbourhood.
- I won't be at home when my order will be delivered. What now?
PostNL. Have you chosen for home delivery via PostNL, and you won't be at home when your order will be delivered? Your order will be either be delivered to your neighbours or brought to the closest PostNL pick up point.
Budbee. Have you chosen for evening delivery via Budbee, and you won't be at home when your order will be delivered? You can ask via your Budbee account for your order to be delivered to your neighbours. If this is not possible, then the delivery person will take your order with them and a new delivery time will be arranged.
Please note: due to the (often) high monetary value of orders placed with us, we have removed the option on Budbee for deliveries to be left in front of your door. You cannot choose this option any more.
- Can I pick up an order from a Profuomo store?
At the moment it is not (yet) possible to pick up an online order from one of our stores.
- What are the shipping costs for my order?
Orders within the Benelux with a minimum value of €149 will be delivered free of charge. You can find the shipping charges for the rest of the world in this table.
- Can I track the status of my order?
After placing your order, and payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation of your order via email. As soon as your order is ready to be sent to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a track and trace code.
