• What is the shipping time?

Netherlands Order

Orders placed on business days before 5 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on Monday.

International Orders

Please refer to the table below for an estimate of shipping times and costs.

• Which delivery options can I choose?

DHL: You can choose to have your package delivered via DHL. DHL delivers within 1-2 business days.

PostNL: You can choose to have your package delivered via PostNL. If you place your order on a business day before 5 PM, your package will be delivered the next day.

PostNL Pickup Point: You can choose to have your package delivered to a PostNL pickup point near you. You’ll see the available PostNL pickup points in your area during checkout.

• I won't be at home when my order will be delivered. What now?

If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver your package to a neighbor. If this isn’t possible, the package will be taken to the nearest PostNL or DHL pickup point. You’ll receive a notification with details on where you can collect your package.

• Can I pick up an order from a Profuomo store?

At this time, it is not (yet) possible to have your online order delivered to one of our stores.

• What are the shipping costs for my order?

Orders placed within the Benelux with a minimum order value of €149 are shipped free of charge. For shipping costs to your country, please refer to the table above.

• Can I track the status of my order?

Once you’ve placed your order and completed payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. After your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to track your package until it is delivered.

• Do you deliver on holidays?

Please note that during public holidays, our courier services may not operate or may experience delays, which could result in a delay in your delivery.
