- What is your return policy?
We give you 14 days to inspect and try your order. Do you want to return a part or all of your order? Please use the return form and return label you received with your order to return your order easily and free of charge.
Please note, you can only return items in their original condition and with the original packaging and labels. If you don't have a return form and/or label, please let us know via our contact form. We will send you the return form and/or label via email.
As soon as we have received and processed your return you will receive an email from us. After receiving this message, you will receive a refund within 1-5 business days via the same payment method used when placing your order. Please note: payments made via credit card can take longer (1-5 weeks).
- How can I return (part of) my order?
In your package there was a return form and a return label. Fill in the form and enclose it with the parcel. Stick the return label over the shipping label. Make sure that the package is well sealed.Please note: You will receive a shipping confirmation when your return is delivered. Keep this confirmation safe until you have received a message from us that your return has been processed. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
- How long does it take to process a return?
As soon as we have received and processed your return you will receive an email from us. After receiving this message, you will receive a refund within 1-5 business days via the same payment method used when placing your order. Please note: payments made via credit card can take longer (1-5 weeks).
- Can I return or exchange my order in a store?
At the moment it is not (yet) possible to return or exchange your order in one of our stores.
