  • How can I return my order?
    You can easily initiate your return by clicking on this link.

  • How long does the return processing and refund take?
    Once our distribution center receives your return, you will receive a refund within 14 business days.

  • I received a damaged item, what should I do?
    We understand that you expect your ordered items to arrive undamaged. Unfortunately, if your order gets damaged, for example, during shipping, please report it to our customer care department. Contact us at customercare@profuomo.com, and include photos. We will address your message within 48 hours and provide a suitable solution.

  • What are the return conditions?
    The items you want to return must be registered in our return portal within 14 days of receipt. The items should be unworn and have all tags attached. They must be in pristine condition without any signs of use. Trying them on is allowed, of course.

  • Can I exchange items for a different size or item?
    Currently, we do not offer the option to exchange items for a different size or item. If you wish to receive a different size or item, we recommend returning the items. If the return complies with our conditions, we will refund the purchase amount. You can then place a new order for the desired item.

  • Can I return items from the SALE section?
    If SALE items meet our return guidelines, you have the option to send them back. Upon receiving and processing your return, we will refund the purchase amount.

  • My return is still not processed, what now?
    It's wise to keep your shipping receipt until you hear from us that your return request has been handled. Until we receive your return, you, as the sender of the package, are responsible for the shipment. Therefore, we advise you to track the shipment using the provided information. If you have questions about your return, we may ask for the shipping receipt.
