Which gift cards can I use to pay?
You can pay with the Profuomo Gift Card in our brand stores and on our webshop.

Where can I purchase a Profuomo Gift Card?
Profuomo Gift Cards are available in our brand stores and on our webshop. They are not available at other retailers that sell Profuomo. The gift card is activated immediately upon purchase.

A Profuomo gift card cannot be purchased in combination with another discount code.

Where can I redeem my Profuomo Gift Card?
You can redeem your Profuomo Gift Card in one of our brand stores, at our outlet in Batavia Stad, or on our webshop. It is not possible to use the gift card at other retailers that sell Profuomo products.

Can I use the Profuomo Gift Card during the Sale?
Yes, you can use the Profuomo Gift Card during the Sale.

Can I use multiple Profuomo Gift Cards for one purchase?
Yes, you can combine multiple gift cards for a single purchase.

How long is a Profuomo Gift Card valid?
The Profuomo Gift Card is valid for 5 years. If you do not use the full amount at once, the remaining balance will still be available within this period.

How will I be refunded after a return?
If you made a purchase using a Profuomo Gift Card and return the item, the amount will be refunded to a new Profuomo Gift Card.

If your order included two or more items and only some are returned, we will first refund the value of the returned items to a new Profuomo Gift Card. If applicable, any remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
How is the Profuomo Gift Card shipped?
We ship the Gift Card separately via regular mail if ordered before 4:00 PM. It will be delivered to your mailbox within 1–2 working days. If your order includes other items, they will not be shipped together with the Gift Card in the same parcel.

Can I return or exchange the Profuomo Gift Card for cash?
No, the Profuomo Gift Card cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Can I purchase a Profuomo Gift Card for business purposes?
Yes, for corporate gift cards, please contact our customer service.

What happens if I lose my Profuomo Gift Card?
Profuomo is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Treat your card as you would cash.
