Returns in a Brandstore
You can exchange or return your order at one of our brandstores in the Netherlands and Belgium, with the exception of our outlet.

Take the items you wish to return to one of our brandstores. Our store staff will be happy to assist you with exchanging or returning your order.
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email. The purchase amount will then be refunded via the payment method you used when placing the order.
Depending on the payment method, the refund usually takes 1–3 working days. If you paid by credit card, this may take up to 4 weeks.
Tip: Always keep your confirmation email until the return or exchange has been fully completed.
